A student at Stenwood is working on his bar mitzvah project, and asked to post the following information to the DLW technology distribution lists.Benji Hecker’s Bar Mitzvah Project In September 2010, I will have my Bar Mitzvah.An important part of this event is a service project. I will be working with Lost Dog and Cat Rescue of Arlington to collect much needed items for their work with cats.
If you have any of the following items, new or used, you can donate, we’d love your help.
- Cat Supplies
- PetSmart gift cards
- Cat Food
- Fancy Feast Elegant Medleys type
- Towels and Blankets, especially comforters
- Cat beds
- Cat furniture, such as cat trees
- General Supplies
- Paper Towels
- Large Trash Bags
- Disposable Plastic Gloves
- Disinfectant Cleaner

The Korean Central Presbyterian Church, located for 24 years on Amanda Pl., will be shortly moving to new facilities in Centreville, VA. The Church is inviting its neighbors over the years, including those in Dunn Loring Woods to an Appreciation Dinner on May 15 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. The dinner is to express the Church’s gratitude and appreciation for sharing life together with residents in the community.
