Anything Board can do to help with parking problem on Acorn Circle?

We need some help. We tried on our own to contact County, Supervisor, PD etc. most nights (and days) cars from outside neighborhood parking halfway down the street with little room to pass and dangerous for kids riding bikes to school or walking to bus stop because of narrow throughway and low visibility. Does the Board have any connection to someone at the County who can help?
