Hey Aric! Do you know if the Association is behind all the signs about voting on traffic easement around the neighborhood? It's incredibly frustrating to see signs that tell us not voting is apathy... with NO information provided about how and where to vote! A link or info about obtaining ballots would have been more thought-through messaging. Thanks.

The ballots were only for people who lived on Bowling Green and were already mailed to those eligible, no other residents are permitted to vote.

Move-In Info Tab - water, sewer, trash, electric, representatives, schools

Pets - pickup, noise, concerns

Important Contacts - non-emergency, utility emergencies, etc.

FAQs - noise, parking, speeding, crime, lost & found, building sheds, mailbox standardization, running businesses from home, clarification that it’s not an HOA (many residents have reached out to the FB group assuming it’s an HOA, with direction on building requirements, neighbor concerns,etc)

Communication - Lantern Listserv/Eblast or housed on the site for comments

Events Tab/Calendar - meetings, yard sales, food trucks, gardening

Volunteering Section - flags, monuments/gardens

Community Businesses Listings

Contact Info - president, admins, etc.?

Hi Adam, thanks for the ideas! I'll start looking into some enhancements.

I'll note that the Lanterns are posted to the website already the same day they come out to the email list.
