ANNUAL DLWCA ELECTIONS AND MEETING – MAY 19 Tuesday

Please join your neighbors for the DLWCA Semi-Annual Membership Meeting Tuesday May 19, 2026, 7:00 pm @ the Vine Church, 2501 Gallows Road.

As we continue to strive toward increasing community engagement, the board has some great initiatives to share, but we also want to hear from you and put your ideas into action. Our meeting starts at 7pm, but please come at 6:30 for a meet and greet, refreshments and to start conversations!

We are also looking forward to learning how to enhance our lawns and gardens from our friends at Merrifield Garden Center.

• 6:30 - Meet and greet / mingle and refreshments

• 7:00 – meeting called to order and reading of the minutes

• 7:10 - Present the winner of the scholarship program

• 7:15 - Annual elections

• 7:30- Guest Speaker: Merrifield Garden Center

• 8:15 - Enlist volunteers/kids that need service hours for 4th of July flags, decorating islands • 8:20 - New Business/Q&A/Open Forum

• ~8:30 – End meeting
